Summary
The theme for the day is sustainability.
Join us as we celebrate everything Biology in the STEM Learning network! Over the day there will be various keynote speakers, workshops, stands and networking opportunties for teachers, facilitators, ambassadors and SLP leads alike. If you are interested in Biology and have something to do with education then this event is for you!
The event is a national event and aimed at the entire STEM learning network. We have some fantastic, high profile speakers and exhibitor stands lined up to include Dr Simon Boxall, the RSPB, Anglian Water, Wellcome Trust and many more.
We are very lucky to have Colchester Zoo as a venue for this event, we even have the opportunity for a 'safari lunch' with an animal experience for those attending! The zoo will remain open to the public and some of our exhibitors will be completing public outreach as well as taking part in our event programme for the day. Those attending have complimentary access to the zoo until closing time after the event.
