Essex Music Education Hub information event - 6 February

Essex Music Service, the lead partner in Essex Music Education Hub, are inviting schools in Essex, Southend and Thurrock who may be interested in being appointed a Lead School for Music from September 2024 to join us for an online information event

Lead Schools will be strategic partners of the Greater Essex Music Hub and together with the Music Hub, will advocate for and support the delivery of a strong music education for all young people in Greater Essex.

The event will be held at 3.30pm on Tuesday 6th February as a live webinar on Teams. There will be time for questions at the end of the session to ensure that everyone leaves with the information they require.

During the webinar we will explore how the Music Hub and Lead Schools will work together to support all schools in the Greater Essex area to implement the National Plan for Music and how schools can apply to be a Lead School.

We look forward to welcoming you to the event and working even closer with the education community in Greater Essex to ensure the future of strong music education outcomes for all our people.
