Spring Term ECT Conferences
This term, the ECT1s on the Saffron Early Career Programme have had the opportunity to attend a regional event. We offered three venues on different dates and had over 50 ECTs at each one. This was an invaluable opportunity for ECTs to talk to each other and catch up with teachers from their ITT programmes last year.
We are hugely grateful to those schools who offer us space for these conferences and our local events, and to our team of expert facilitators.
Our ECTs are proving to be a talented bunch! The quality of their discussions and their reflections at these training events has been exceptional. It is clear that ECTs are benefitting from the new induction framework and the support they are getting in school.
