NPQ Leading Primary Mathematics - apply by 2 February
Apply by 2 February for our NPQ Leading Primary Mathematics cohort starting at the end of February.
In 2023 the DfE published the National Professional Qualification Framework for Leading Primary Mathematics. This provides a fifth specialist NPQ that teachers can access as part of their continuing professional development.
Saffron Teaching Hub is offering the NPQ Leading Primary Mathematics (NPQLPM) - applications are open for the cohort starting at the end of February.

Who is it for?
The NPQLPM is for those who have responsibilities for leading and promoting primary mathematics across a school or are aspiring to do this. The NPQ will be aimed at those who already have a secure understanding of maths mastery approaches and will build their leadership capability to enable them to improve mastery teaching of mathematics across a school or phase. It is expected that participants will have completed a minimum of one year of the Teaching for Mastery programme or have secure mastery expertise from another equivalent programme/support.
