Forest Independent Primary Collegiate

FIPC is a large provider of initial teacher training with numerous partnership schools in the Epping Forest and Harlow areas. FIPC is based in the Harlow centre and training also takes place in a variety of schools across the partnership. This creates a community dedicated to teaching and learning.

Whether applicants are changing career or just graduating from university, FIPC could enable them to achieve a career in teaching.

FIPC courses are a bespoke package of school-centred and centre-based learning and development. This provides a balance of “learning on the job”, formal research-driven training, coaching, mentoring and self-directed study.
