National Professional Qualifications (NPQs)

Both facilitators and participants have been so pleased to meet colleagues in ‘real life’ at our recent Church of England and Teach First NPQ in-person sessions.
Next year, Saffron TS Hub will again be delivering NPQs in partnership with both the Church of England and Teach First.
Applications for NPQs are now open

DfE additional funding for small schools
The DfE has announced a Targeted Support Fund for small schools to enable them to support their teachers and leaders to undertake NPQs. Eligible schools (state-funded schools or 16-19 settings with between 1-600 pupils) will be paid £200 for each teacher or leader who participates in an NPQ. For more details, click here.
New NPQs: Leading Literacy and Early Years
In addition to our existing NPQ programme, we are delighted to be offering the two new NPQs in Leading Literacy and Early Years Leadership with Teach First.
Early Headship Coaching Offer
We will also be running the new Early Headship Coaching Offer with Teach First. This is open to anyone who has completed (or is doing) an NPQH with any provider and is in their first 5 years of headship.

Step 2: Register your Induction Tutor, Mentors and ECTs on the DfE Online Service
Step 3: Register your ECTs with an Appropriate Body

Early Career Training Programme facilitator recruitment
Saffron TS Hub is recruiting Early Career Training Programme facilitators to join our existing team.
