The 'Class of 2023' trainees with our Lead Partners CTSN SCITT, Mid Essex ITT and West Essex SCITT have been awarded QTS and have enjoyed some well deserved celebrations. Congratulations from Saffron Teaching School Hub and good luck to all as they embark on their new roles as fully qualified teachers!
CTSN SCITT: CTSN SCITT secondary trainees enjoyed a celebration evening on 5 July.
Mid Essex Initial Teacher Training: Mid Essex ITT ended the year on a high with a TeachMeet, where the trainees shared tips and good practice, and a workshop at Colchester Zoo on planning trips and visits. It has been a momentous year for Mid Essex ITT as they were awarded their second outstanding Ofsted judgement in a row. Next year will be Mid Essex ITT's 30th year of teacher training and they are looking forward to welcoming 55 trainees on the new course.
West Essex SCITT: the West Essex SCITT Class of 2023 celebrated their QTS Award Day at West Essex Golf Club on 11 July 2024.
