'Leading with impact' was the theme for our NPQ Headship programme members at their third in-person session at Saffron Academy Trust yesterday. Led by our expert facilitators Dida Burrell and Duncan Roberts, the session: Addressed key areas around whole school approaches to behaviour and how to establish a culture of positive behaviour Looked at how headteachers can effectively lead the curriculum, examining how the formal and informal curricula work Explored the role of the headteacher in creating the conditions for assessment to be used effectively Thank you to Dida, Duncan and all the programme members for an inspiring day! 🎉 Celebrating NPQ Success Across Saffron Teaching School Hub 🎉 One of the greatest responsibilities we have as educators is to keep learning ourselves.
