Mid Essex Initial Teacher Training
"Mid Essex ITT is an outstanding school-based Initial Teacher Training scheme" (Ofsted, October 2017).
We will train you to teach at secondary school level and, after successfully completing the course, you will be awarded QTS and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) accredited by Anglia Ruskin University. We also offer both full time and part time options. We have over 25 years of experience of teacher training and over 800 teachers have trained with us. We are unique in that all our training is run by experienced, practising teachers.
We are based at Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form and have links with over 20 secondary schools around Essex.
Mid Essex ITT is a Lead Partner with Saffron Teaching School Hub.

We hold recruitment events throughout the year and have a strong presence at local careers fairs. We also offer one-to-one online chats and we actively encourage people to come and meet us, to talk about eligibility, finances, SKEs and much more.
