National Professional Qualifications

National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) are flexible professional development courses for teachers and leaders to improve skills, progress careers and deliver improved outcomes for schools. 

For 2026-26, Saffron Teaching School Hub is delighted to be a Delivery Partner with Teach First and the National Institute of Teaching for our NPQ programmes. 

Our NPQ Headship and NPQ Leading Teaching programmes are with the National Institute of Teaching; all our other Specialist and Leadership programmes are in partnership with Teach First.
