The 'Class of 2025' trainees with our Lead Partners CTSN SCITT, Mid Essex ITT and West Essex SCITT have been awarded QTS and have enjoyed some well-deserved celebrations. Congratulations from Saffron Teaching School Hub and good luck to all as they embark on their new roles as fully qualified teachers!
CTSN SCITT:
A huge well done to the CTSN SCITT Class of 2025 for completing your training and becoming Qualified Teachers. Welcome to the profession! You have worked so hard during your training and your new schools are lucky to have you. We wish you all the very best for your next chapter.
Mid Essex ITT:
Mid Essex ITT ended the year on a high with a TeachMeet, where the trainees shared tips and good practice, and a workshop at Colchester Zoo on planning trips and visits. Mid Essex ITT is one of the oldest SCITTs in the country and celebrated 30 years of teacher training by collecting stories from former trainees and staff on their website. For September 2025, they are welcoming 70 secondary trainees, some of whom will be training on the new route in partnership with special schools.
West Essex SCITT:
Congratulations to the West Essex SCITT class of 2025! We enjoyed a special day to celebrate the award of QTS at West Essex Golf Club on 17 July 2025. Good luck to all our ECTs in their new roles!
