Celebrating NPQ Success Across Saffron Teaching School Hub One of the greatest responsibilities we have as educators is to keep learning ourselves. If we want our schools to continue improving for the children and communities we serve, we need leaders and teachers who are committed to growing, developing and refining their practice throughout their careers. That's exactly what our latest NPQ participants have done. A huge congratulations to everyone who has successfully completed their NPQ assessments across our Leadership and Specialist programmes. From Executive Leadership, Headship and SENCO through to Leading Behaviour and Culture and Leading Primary Mathematics, this cohort has demonstrated real commitment to their own development and to making an even greater difference in their schools. A special thank you to our fantastic facilitators. Their expertise, encouragement and passion for developing others is at the heart of our programmes. The support and challenge they provide helps turn professional learning into meaningful impact, and we simply couldn't achieve these outcomes without them. Early Career Training Programme - Summer Term update This term has seen another highly successful series of Early Career Training Programme events across the region, bringing together ECTs and mentors for high-quality professional development that continues to make a real difference in classrooms. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with the vast majority of participants rating sessions as well organised, relevant, and impactful.
